Afia Mansoor is a consultant at Schuitema Pakistan. Her areas of interest are education and organisational culture, particularly through communication, work ethics, gender sensitivity, and women empowerment programs.
She is a staunch believer in applying the thematic in her life and loves enabling people to this deeply transformative and liberating endeavor. She has worked for government organizations, NGOs, and business corporations. Her recent clients include the State Bank of Pakistan, Shell Pakistan, Novo Nordisk, Fauji Foods and the Punjab Skills Development Fund.
She has been with Schuitema since 2009 and has managed a variety of responsibilities from program and proposal development, sales communication design and development, customised scriptwriting and acting for forum theatre as well as program facilitation.
Afia also enjoys applying the thematic in various contexts. She successfully organised the Schuitema Lounge series; a monthly informal gathering with Schuitema consultants to discuss topics of social relevance. She initiated the Awareness for Women
Empowerment (AWE) which is a blend of video interviews and training programs concerning women empowerment and excellence. She has conducted the Excellent Parenting, Marriage Matters and Being
Pakistani sessions as non-profit, social change initiatives.
Her experience includes working for Oxford University Press, United Bank Limited and the Lahore University of Management Sciences in various capacities. She has been a prolific writer with more than 100 articles in prestigious Pakistani publications.
