Ashley brings over 25 years of experience as a principal advisor and business leader in designing, delivering and partnering with clients on large scale strategy, organisation and leadership development programmes. Allied to this is his high touch work in executive coaching and board development. He and his team have coached executives and executive teams across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Africa and the UK.
He combines empathy and positive challenge to ensure creative and innovative thinking. This in turn drives clarity in decision making in complex and uncertain environments. His work enables executives and global teams to integrate their development within the emergent strategy and commercial context of their organisation and the demands of the wider system within which they operate. In his work across cultures, he brings a passion for developing diverse and inclusive environments for people to excel.
Ashley graduated in Industrial Psychology, with post graduate qualifications in Employee Relations from the University of KZN, South Africa. He lectured in employee relations at the University of Cape Town and completed the Organisational architecture Program (Accenture) at Templeton College, Oxford. He is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and is qualified in numerous psychometric tools. He works across sectors, including energy, industrial goods and services, tech, telecommunications, fast moving consumer goods, numerous UK central government departments and financial services.
