The Care & Growth Thematic is a set of ideas that articulates how success across four key areas of application, leadership excellence, team excellence and personal excellence and organisational excellence, are accounted for on the basis of the intent to give or serve. The Care & Growth Model is specifically concerned with what giving/service means in hierarchical relationships, and it helps leaders understand the necessity of nurturing and growing their people in order to succeed as a leader.
We have created a powerful management framework that has been used successfully in a variety of sectors, from banking to agriculture – in over 26 countries and on 5 continents – empowering individuals on all levels of organisations.
