Daniel Södergård is a senior consultant with a passion for leadership development and continuous growth. With over 30 years of experience in the field of leadership, he has dedicated his professional life to supporting and inspiring managers, leaders, and teams to reach their full potential.

After completing his military service, Daniel began his career as a reserve officer and later as a professional officer in the Swedish Armed Forces. His work focused on training, education, and development of conscripts, ranging from individual soldiers to units of approximately 150 personnel.

In the mid-1990s, Daniel chose to further his education and obtained a master’s degree in computer science in 2001. His first position after graduation was as a project manager at the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration, where he worked on the development of leadership systems for the Swedish Armed Forces.

Since 2007, Daniel has been involved in agile methods and frameworks in roles such as a
scrum master and agile coach. In 2022, Daniel became a certified conversation and coach according to the International Coach Federation (ICF). During the same year, he connected with the Schuitema Group, where he is now a certified coach according to Care & Growth.
