Stefan Lidbrink is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and started to collaborate with the Schuitema group during the spring of 2021. He has extensive experience (+20Y) in leading roles on different levels in an international company environment.

Since 2016 Stefan has run his own business with focus on leadership and personal development.

In 2004, he was nominated for a Swedish leadership award.

Stefan also works with coaching and existential counselling. When he isn’t working, Stefan likes doing outdoor activities preferably on ice or snow in the mountains, and if possible together with his four grown up kids.
