Since joining the organisation in January 2007, Pam has brought to life the heart of what Schuitema stands for: Here to give Spirit.
Pam’s contributions go far beyond her title as Lead Consultant. Over two decades, she has designed and led culture interventions across diverse sectors — from manufacturing and mining to banking and IT — blending strategic insight with heartfelt engagement. Whether she’s donning safety boots on the factory floor or collaborating with executive teams in boardrooms, Pam approaches every challenge with the same authentic humanity and steadfast commitment.
Her work is grounded in almost forty years of experience across corporate, government, non-profit and parastatal contexts, yet it is her spirit — driven by Care & Growth and Intent — that truly distinguishes her influence.
